"Integrity and Quality Building Management" Programme

From May 2008 to March 2011, the ICAC organized the three-year Integrity and Quality Building Management Programme in collaboration with Home Affairs Department, Hong Kong Housing Society and 18 District Councils, supported by related professional bodies and trade associations. The programme aimed to enhance public awareness of the importance of clean building management and equip owners’ corporations (OCs), practitioners and flat owners with the necessary knowledge and skills in preventing corruption. A series of practical toolkits, training videos and thematic webpages were produced and publicized through the mass media and press programmes, roving exhibitions, workshops for OCs and practitioners, and community involvement projects organized by district organizations, etc. A hotline was also set up to handle enquires related to building management.
