  • Building Financial Management Toolkit

The ICAC has developed the Building Financial Management Toolkit, jointly with Home Affairs Department (HAD), Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) to provide a step-by-step and practical guide for owners' corporations (OCs) and building management bodies to manage their finance.  Samples of accounting forms and financial statements are also provided.  E-forms with summation function are available for some samples in the Toolkit CD and this Website.

  • "Money Business" Video

Similar to the Toolkit, this Video is also produced by ICAC, jointly with HAD, HKHS, HKICPA and HKAPMC.  This video aims to raise the awareness of owners' corporations and other building management bodies on corruption and related problems concerning building financial management, and remind them of the relevant legislation and regulations and related preventive measures.

The Toolkit CD and the Video DVD have been mailed to all OCs for their reference and use.  For enquiries about the above products, please call 2929 4555.
